About Us

Fat Cat Travel is a woman-owned business in Asheville, NC. We are independently affiliated with Dugan's Travels, LLC. Our relationship with Dugan's Travels means that we can remain a small, personal agency and still offer you the purchasing power of a huge agency. This is a great combination!

Jeri Burdett is the travel specialist. Jeri's people skills, love of research, attention to detail, and passion for travel make her an excellent person to turn to for help with your travel plans. Jeri is a certified expert on both Princess cruises and Royal Caribbean cruises, and she has extensive experience with Carnival. She's currently working towards her Accredited Cruise Counselor designation and hopes to achieve that honor before the end of 2008. In addition, she has completed several destination specialist programs. Jeri also is a certified Destination Wedding & Honeymoon specialist.

Lee Leonard handles the marketing and business side of our operation. Like Jeri, she has a passion for travel, and she loves talking to prospective clients and generally just getting the word out there about us.
